Individual Assignment (Paper)
Select a suitable topic that relate to leadership for example; The relationship of Leader and Motivation or Leader and conflict. Expand the topic in your own ideas. The individual paper should be the format as below:

1. Introduction
2. Literature Review
3. Discussion
4. Summary
5. Conclusion (optional)

The paper should be in APA Format or Harvard Format (preferable APA format), with no less that 10 pages, excluding page references. This paper should be based on the references of at least 6 articles (not less that 4 years old). Submission date is on the last day of class or subject to lecturer approval.
